Rooted Ritual....

Have you ever had a nagging feeling that you're living your life on auto pilot? Our days turn to months, months to years, years to decades.  Our calendars are marked with significant events....birthdays, diagnoses, surgeries, anniversaries, children leaving the nest, and yet so many of us are detached from the depth of emotion that these events hold.  Our lives are marked by a busyness that lacks beauty.

Rituals borrow from the ancient traditions of marking events in tangible ways while in community together.  They are sacred containers for all of the remembering, feeling, savoring, screaming, loving, lamenting our most important days and events hold.  Rituals give us the space to truly mark our life's most sacred events.  Rituals help us celebrate the beauty and grieve the losses.  They give us the space to gather our tribe, look our lives square in the eyes and say, "I see you.  I love you.  This MATTERS."
