I have been providing mobile yoga to both visitors and local residents in our area for a couple of years now. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all individuals and helping them to fully enjoy all the benefits yoga and meditation can bring.
I provide mats (up to 40), blocks, straps, cold stones for forehead at end of class and weighted eye pillows. I arrive on site, set everything up, and pack it all up after class. All my offerings are fully customizable. Class lengths and frequency can vary depending on the needs of your company and employees.
