Yoga for athletes

The benefits of adding yoga to your athletic training program are incredible! Yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance, and proprioception.  Rooted Nomad Yoga has been providing mobile yoga services to Sevier County residents and visitors since 2021.  We meet with coaches to discuss goals and specific needs of the team and then formulate a plan of action.  Some of our offerings include breath work, meditation/mindfulness, deep stretching, traditional vinyasa flow yoga, and partner yoga poses just for fun (and to help with teamwork)!  We provide the mats and blocks (up to 40). Class lengths and frequency can vary depending on the needs of your team.
